Delete your afforshop account

In the app

1. Open afforshop and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account and purchases.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted at once.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you sign in with Apple or Google, say which, and the email address that account uses. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-ins and sessions.
• Your plans (afforshop Plus and AI) and your share links.
• Your family membership. If you were the family’s last member, the family and its lists are deleted too; otherwise its lists stay with the others.

What is kept

• AI request logs (size and cost, never their text) lose the link to you and are deleted when they reach 180 days.
• Prices you shared were never linked to your account, so they stay for other shoppers.
• Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records.

Before you delete

• Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel afforshop AI in the App Store or Google Play.
• Lists and settings on your phone are not part of your account. Delete the app to remove them.
